Terms of Service

By using probeme.lol or placing an order you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old to order.

If you don't agree with these Terms, please don't use the site.

• Novelty, made-to-order apparel produced by print-on-demand partners.
• Minor print and color variance is inherent to the process.
• Humorous or provocative designs are intended as entertainment and are not an endorsement of any viewpoint.
• Products are provided “as is.”

Submitting an order is an offer to buy; a sale is formed when we send a fulfillment/shipping confirmation. We may correct pricing or description errors and refuse or cancel orders — including after payment authorization — for example due to errors or supply issues.

Payments are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms in addition to ours. We do not store full card details. You agree not to initiate fraudulent chargebacks.

Our Shipping and Returns policies are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review them before ordering.

All artwork, designs, logos, and site content are owned by or licensed to probeme.lol and protected by copyright and trademark law. Buying a shirt does not grant you any right to reproduce, resell, or redistribute the design.

Don't use the site for anything illegal, infringing, abusive, or automated scraping, and don't submit content you don't have the rights to.

If you submit photos, reviews, or tag us, you grant probeme.lol a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and display that content for marketing, which you can revoke by request.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and products are provided “as is” without warranties, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

You agree to indemnify probeme.lol against claims arising from your misuse of the site, breach of these Terms, or content you submit.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

Binding arbitration. Any dispute we can't resolve informally will be settled by binding, individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, seated in Maury County, Tennessee. You and probeme.lol waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of your first purchase by emailing support@probeme.lol.

Nothing here prevents either party from bringing a qualifying claim in small-claims court.

We send from two separate subdomains, and they are not interchangeable:

• store.probeme.lol — *transactional* email you get because you did something: order confirmations, shipping and tracking updates, delivery and delay notices, return correspondence, sign-in links, and password or account emails. These are part of the service and are not marketing, so they have no unsubscribe link and are sent whether or not you're on our mailing list.
• marketing.probeme.lol — *marketing* email: drop announcements, newsletters, and promotions. These only ever go to people who opted in, and every one carries an unsubscribe link.

Keeping them apart means unsubscribing from marketing never stops your receipts or shipping updates, and a complaint about a newsletter can't affect delivery of the emails you actually need.

Treat mail claiming to be from probeme.lol but sent from any other domain as suspect. We will never ask for your password or card details by email.

By opting in you consent to marketing emails from marketing.probeme.lol. Where we can't already prove the address is yours — the newsletter form and the pop-up — opting in takes two steps: you give us your address, then confirm it from a link we email you, and nothing else is sent until you do. Opting in at checkout, from your account settings, or by confirming your email when you register needs no second step. Either way we create an account for that address so your orders stay in one place, and confirming may earn a one-time discount code that works on a single order and expires. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link and our mailing address (CAN-SPAM). Unsubscribing stops marketing only — transactional email about your orders continues to arrive from store.probeme.lol, because it's part of fulfilling your purchase. If we add SMS in the future, it will require separate express consent with STOP-to-opt-out.

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here and, for account holders, require re-acceptance. Questions? support@probeme.lol.
