Shipping

Every probeme.lol item is made to order in drops, not held in a warehouse. Three things happen before it reaches you:

• The drop window — orders collect for up to 14 days while the drop is open.
• Production — once the window closes we send the whole batch to be printed, and email tracking when it dispatches.
• Transit — 3–5 business days via USPS or UPS once it ships.

Every order ships within 30 days of purchase, and usually sooner — order late in a window and you wait less. If we ever can't meet that, we'll email you before the 30 days are up and you can cancel for a full refund. Shipping is a flat $5.95 — free on orders over $50.

We print in batches, not one at a time. When a drop closes, every order in it goes to our print partner together, and production takes up to 11 days from that point.

This is separate from transit time, and it's the trade for made-to-order: nothing is warehoused, nothing is wasted, and no design is overprinted. The date the drop closes — not the date you ordered — is what starts the clock.

After production, standard US shipping typically takes 3–5 business days via USPS or UPS. Any options and costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

The cut-off is the drop closing date, shown on the drop page and in the order confirmation. Anything ordered before it is in that batch; after it, the design is gone and does not return.

As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking link so you can follow it in real time. You can also view status any time from your account.

Occasionally something adds time: unusually high order volume, a holiday, a carrier problem, or capacity at the partner who prints and ships for us. A drop that sells far beyond what we planned for is the most likely cause, and it's the one we watch for.

If any of that puts your order behind the promise above, we will email you — before the 30 days are up, not after — tell you what happened and what the new date looks like, and you choose whether to wait.

If your order hasn't shipped within 30 days of purchase, you have the right to cancel for a full refund — that right is yours regardless of where the drop is in its cycle, and regardless of why we're late.

If tracking shows delivered but you didn't receive it, or your item arrives damaged, contact us at support@probeme.lol within 30 days and we'll arrange a reshipment or refund.

Because items are made to order, when we can still catch an order depends on the item. A drop item isn't printed until its window shuts, so email us any time before then. An item on general sale goes into production right away, so we can only cancel or change it within 2 hours of purchase. If we ever need to delay your order beyond what's promised here, we'll notify you and let you choose to wait or cancel for a full refund.
