Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Every probeme.lol tee is made to order — production begins as soon as you order.

We can't accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, wrong color, or change of mind. Please check the size chart before ordering.

But we've got you covered if anything arrives wrong — see below.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or doesn't match what you ordered, email support@probeme.lol within 30 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• A clear photo showing the whole garment and the issue in one frame

We'll send a free replacement or a full refund to your original payment method — no need to mail anything back.

Sizing can be tricky. If you ordered the wrong size or color, we'll send you a one-time 20% discount code toward reordering the right one. Because the original was custom-printed just for your order, we can't refund or free-swap it.

• Wrong address entered at checkout — we can offer a reprint at cost or a partial refund of the product price (shipping non-refundable).
• Confirmed lost in transit (no fault of yours) — we'll issue a free reprint or full refund.

If your order hasn't shipped within 30 days of purchase (or the date we promised), you have the right to cancel for a full refund. We'll email you before that point if there's a delay.

• Final-sale or clearance items
• Items reported more than 30 days after delivery
• Defect/misprint claims without photo evidence

Email support@probeme.lol with your order number, a short description, and photo(s).

• Most requests are resolved within 2 business days
• Approved refunds post within 5–10 business days

Refunds, credits, and exchanges are not offered for buyer error (wrong size/color or change of mind). Custom, made-to-order goods received as ordered are non-returnable. This policy is presented before checkout and applies to all US orders. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
