Are the aliens real?
Yes. We'd put money on it — in fact we did. What you do with that information is up to you; wearing it is an option.
What's a drop?
A set of new designs on sale for a limited time. The drop page shows the last day to order and the ship-by date, and tells you up front whether its designs stay in the shop or retire for good when it closes. Some drops take pre-orders before they open; a pre-order checks out on its own, apart from anything shipping sooner.
How long until my order ships?
Every shirt is printed after you order it, in batches:
- Orders collect in 14-day fulfillment cycles.
- When your cycle closes, the batch goes to print — usually about 15 days.
- Then 3–5 business days in transit.
Our promise: every order ships by the ship-by date shown at checkout and in your order confirmation. Orders are batched in 14-day fulfillment cycles, and that date is 45 days after your order's cycle closes. A pre-order joins the cycle its drop opens in. If anything threatens that date, we email you before it passes so you can wait or cancel for a full refund — and if you don't answer, we cancel and refund it for you. Order late in a cycle and you wait less.
How much is shipping?
A flat $5.95 anywhere in the US, and free on orders over $50 after any discount.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet. International shipping is coming soon. For now we ship to all 50 states, PO boxes, and APO/FPO military addresses. Join the mailing list and you'll hear the day that changes.
What's the shirt like?
- Airlume combed & ring-spun cotton, so it is soft from the first wear
- 4.2 oz: lightweight, breathable and pre-shrunk
- Side-seamed retail fit, unisex sizing
- Screen printed in Nashville, Tennessee, in small batches
- Made to order for you, never pulled off a warehouse shelf
What size should I order?
Every design is on a unisex BELLA+CANVAS 3001, and it runs true to size in a retail fit. Between sizes, or want it looser? Size up. The Size Guide has chest and laid-flat measurements, so you can check it against a tee you already own.
How do I wash it?
- Machine wash cold, inside out
- Tumble dry low
- Don't iron over the print
- Full care instructions are on the label inside
Can I return it if I ordered the wrong size?
There are no returns — every shirt is printed for your order, so there's nothing to send back. Ordered the wrong size or color? Tell us through the report a problem form within 30 days of delivery. Once your order has shipped, a one-time 20% code toward the right one arrives straight away. It expires after 90 days.
What if it arrives damaged or misprinted?
Use the report a problem form, or email support@probeme.lol, within 30 days of delivery with your order number and one clear photo of the whole shirt. You get a free reprint or a full refund, and you keep the original. Same if it's not what you ordered, or lost in transit.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, until your order's fulfillment cycle closes — nothing is printed before then. Change a size from your account, or email us to cancel. Once the batch goes to print it's being made for you, but if it hasn't shipped by its ship-by date you can still cancel for a full refund.
How do I track my order?
We email the tracking number the day it ships, with a link whenever the carrier gives one. Your account shows its status any time.
Do you take custom designs?
