Privacy Policy

probeme.lol operates in the United States and sells made-to-order apparel. This policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

By using probeme.lol, you agree to the practices described here.

• Order & contact info — name, email, shipping address, order history.
• Payment info — processed by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers.
• Browsing & device data — pages viewed, cart and purchase events, IP address, and device/browser identifiers, via cookies and the Meta Pixel / Conversions API.
• Account data — your email and order history. An account is created when you register, when you confirm a mailing-list subscription, or when you check out. You can sign in with a password, a one-time magic link, or a linked Google / Facebook / TikTok account. Passwords are stored hashed, never in readable form, and we never see the password of a linked social account — an account created for you has no password until you set one.

• Fulfill and ship your order (via our print partners)
• Send order and shipping emails
• Provide customer support and prevent fraud
• Run and measure our advertising
• Send marketing emails if you opt in

Service providers who process data on our behalf:

• Stripe — payments & fraud prevention
• Mailgun — email delivery, from store.probeme.lol (order and account email) and marketing.probeme.lol (opt-in marketing)
• Printify / Printful — fulfillment
• Meta — advertising measurement & targeting (Pixel / Conversions API)
• Hosting / CDN provider

Each is bound to use the data only to provide their service.

We do not sell your personal information for money. We do share certain data — such as a hashed email, IP address, and browsing/purchase activity — with Meta via the Pixel and Conversions API to measure and improve our advertising.

Depending on your state, this may be considered a “sale” or “share” for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can opt out any time via the “Your Privacy Choices” link in our footer, or by enabling Global Privacy Control (GPC) in your browser — which we honor automatically.

Two streams, kept separate:

• store.probeme.lol — order confirmations, shipping updates, returns, and sign-in or account emails. Sent because you bought something or asked us to; not marketing, and not something you can unsubscribe from without closing your account.
• marketing.probeme.lol — drop announcements and newsletters, opt-in only, unsubscribe link in every message. Signing up through the newsletter form or the pop-up sends you one email asking you to confirm; until you click it we send you nothing else. Opting in at checkout, from your account settings, or by confirming your email when you registered needs no second step, because you already proved the address. An address that was never confirmed either way is never used.

Unsubscribing from marketing never affects the emails you need to receive your order.

• Essential cookies — cart and session functionality (always on).
• Advertising pixels — Meta Pixel for measurement (off when you opt out or send GPC).

You can control cookies through your browser settings and opt out of advertising sharing via Your Privacy Choices.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access, correct, or delete your personal information
• Port your data
• Opt out of its sale/share
• Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights

We honor the Global Privacy Control signal without requiring a sign-in.

We keep order records as long as needed for tax, legal, and support purposes, and marketing data until you unsubscribe. We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information.

We operate in the United States and do not knowingly target or sell to residents of the EU/UK or to children under 13. If you believe a child provided us data, contact support@probeme.lol.
