Privacy Policy

probeme.lol is operated by Unidentified Garment Company, LLC ("UGC, LLC", "we") in the United States and sells made-to-order apparel. Unidentified Garment Company, LLC is responsible for the personal information described here.

This policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

By using probeme.lol, you agree to the practices described here.

• Order & contact info — name, email, shipping address, order history.
• Payment info — processed by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers.
• Browsing & device data — pages viewed, cart and purchase events, IP address, and device/browser identifiers, via cookies, the Meta Pixel / Conversions API and Google Analytics.
• Unfinished checkouts — if you start paying through Stripe and don't finish, we keep your email, name, the cart and its total, so a subscriber can get one reminder and we can see what stopped the sale.
• What you write to us — if you email an address at probeme.lol or use the contact form, we keep the message, your name and address on it, and the subject, so whoever answers can see the conversation and link it to your order. Attachments are not stored: we record the file name and size and discard the file itself.
• Return requests — if you use the return form, we keep the order number, email, what went wrong, what you wrote and any photos you upload, with the order. Unlike email attachments, those photos are stored, at long random addresses shown only to you on your order and to our staff, and they are used only to handle that request.
• Account data — your email and order history. An account is created when you register, when you confirm a mailing-list subscription, or when you check out. You can sign in with a password, a one-time magic link, or a linked Google / Facebook / TikTok account. Passwords are stored hashed, never in readable form, and we never see the password of a linked social account — an account created for you has no password until you set one.

• Fulfill and ship your order (via our print partners)
• Send order and shipping emails
• Provide customer support and prevent fraud
• Run and measure our advertising
• Send marketing emails unless you untick the box at checkout, or unsubscribe

Service providers who process data on our behalf:

• Stripe — payments & fraud prevention
• Mailgun — email delivery, from store.probeme.lol (order and account email) and marketing.probeme.lol (marketing, sent per the preference you set at checkout or in your account). Mailgun tells us whether each email was delivered, opened or clicked, or bounced; we keep that record for 90 days so we can answer “did my email arrive?”, and we don't keep the IP address, location or device it reports
• Our print partner in Nashville, Tennessee — printing and shipping your order (name, shipping address, and what you ordered)
• Meta — advertising measurement & targeting (Pixel / Conversions API)
• Google — site usage measurement with Google Analytics (off when you opt out or send GPC)
• Laravel Nightwatch — monitoring that records errors and slow requests on our site, which can include your IP address and the page you were on
• Anthropic — our staff can use Anthropic's Claude, connected to our admin, to look up orders and customer records and to help answer support; it sees the records a staff member looks up
• Cloudflare — the bot check (Turnstile) on sign-in, sign-up, contact, return and mailing-list forms, which sees your IP address and browser signals when you use one
• Hosting / CDN provider

Each is bound to use the data only to provide their service.

We do not sell your personal information for money. We do share certain data with Meta to measure and improve our advertising: through the Pixel, your browsing and purchase activity and browser identifiers; and, when you buy, through the Conversions API, your email, phone, first and last name, city, state, ZIP and country (each hashed before it leaves us), your IP address, and the order's contents and value.

Depending on your state, this may be considered a “sale” or “share” for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can opt out any time via the “Your Privacy Choices” link in our footer, or by enabling Global Privacy Control (GPC) in your browser — which we honor automatically.

Two streams, kept separate:

• store.probeme.lol — order confirmations, shipping, delay, cancellation and refund updates, returns, sign-in or account emails, and one request to review what you bought 14 days after it ships. Sent because you bought something or asked us to; not marketing, and not something you can unsubscribe from without closing your account.
• marketing.probeme.lol — drop announcements, newsletters, welcome codes, and a single reminder if you leave a checkout unfinished, with an unsubscribe link in every message. Only subscribers get any of them. Signing up through the newsletter form or the pop-up is opt-in and takes two steps: we send one email asking you to confirm, and until you click it we send you nothing else. At checkout the box is ticked by default and you can untick it before you pay, because buying something already proves the address is yours. If you've unsubscribed before, leaving it ticked doesn't sign you up again — rejoin from your account or the newsletter form if you want to. Your account settings show your current choice and change it at any time. An address that was never confirmed either way is never used.

Unsubscribing from marketing never affects the emails you need to receive your order.

• Essential cookies — cart and session functionality (always on).
• Advertising pixels — Meta Pixel for measurement (off when you opt out or send GPC).
• Analytics — Google Analytics, to see how the site is used (off when you opt out or send GPC).
• Bot check — Cloudflare Turnstile reads browser and device signals on our forms to tell people from bots. It is not used for advertising, and opting out of advertising doesn’t turn it off.

You can control cookies through your browser settings and opt out of advertising sharing via Your Privacy Choices.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access, correct, or delete your personal information
• Port your data
• Opt out of its sale/share
• Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights

We honor the Global Privacy Control signal without requiring a sign-in.

• To access, correct, export or delete your information, or close your account, email support@probeme.lol from the address on your account (or tell us the order number). We'll confirm it's you and respond within 45 days. We delete what we aren't required to keep: order and payment records stay as long as tax and accounting law requires.
• To opt out of the sale/share of your information, use “Your Privacy Choices” or turn on Global Privacy Control. That choice is saved in the browser you use; to make it apply everywhere, email us as well.

We keep order records as long as needed for tax, legal, and support purposes, and marketing data until you unsubscribe. Support conversations and return requests, including their photos, are kept alongside the order they concern and for the same reasons; ask us and we'll delete a thread or photos that aren't needed for one. We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information.

We operate in the United States and do not knowingly target or sell to residents of the EU/UK or to children under 13. If you believe a child provided us data, contact support@probeme.lol.
